This is a book suitable for any age. I did enjoy this book and the story line. Some key points I enjoyed are: Sometimes the underdog wins!!!! - 4.0 out of 5 stars from Aiken -- Interesting magical story : The story is populated by knights, wizards, a princess, a jester and an evil dragon. The action moves fast. Often there is much overshadowing and over-explaining the obvious, which makes me think the book is intended for younger audiences. There are a few inconsistencies, and the action and dialogue are over simplistic. Yet, strangely I enjoyed the book. There were so many twists and turns (including the prologue of the next book), and important lessons for young readers - of bravery, acceptance, friendship and not judging the book by its cover.
